We will deliver dinner for 2, paired with 2 bottles of wine.

Maynard will introduce you to his wines, and Sal will present his food with wine pairings.

ONESTE

We are thrilled to present the 2015 le Cortigiane ONESTE. This is the first vintage of ONESTE to feature fruit from the Eliphante and Marzo blocks, located in Yavapai Co., AZ. 80% Barbera / 20% Merlot. Aged in French cask and puncheon for 18 months.

Barbera dominant with a bit of Merlot from the Marzo and Eliphante blocks in Cornville, AZ. Aromatic Bright Fruit with an Old World palate. This wine has been a chefs favorite. 3350-3500 ft. elevation.

MARZO

50% Sangiovese, 50% Cabernet Sauvignon. This is a subtle, elegant restrained wine with just a kiss of oak from its 20 months in large Botte/Casks. Of all of our wines, the MARZO has led the way in showcasing our submerged cap and extended maceration approach in the cellar.

Named after my Great Grandfather John “Spirit” Marzo who made wine in Northern Italy near Torino in Venaus. Cropped at 2.0 to 2.5 tons per acre. 3450 ft. elevation.
